Brett Thomson Linder
Brett Thomson Linder is an Advanced Certified Rolfer™ and Rolf Movement Practitioner.™ He is a firm believer in the Rolfing® process as an awakening of the body and mind that can relieve discomfort, release tension and alleviate pain, creating more economical and refined patterns of movement and leaving patients feeling more comfortable in their body. He is also a Certified Advanced Myo-Fascial Release Practitioner and Source Point Practitioner.
After years of recovering from injuries and looking for a long-lasting way to remain healthy and pain-free, Brett discovered Rolfing® and went through a 10 series - 10 sessions of deep tissue and structural bodywork. By going through this process, Brett's physical health and appearance improved, and so did his confidence and emotional well-being. Believing strongly in the positive impact of Rolfing®, he then went on to intensively study Rolfing® at the Rolf Institute® of Structural Integration in Boulder, Colorado.
Brett offers not only hands-on structural integration work, but subtle coordinative, energetic, and perceptual work to help patients reacquaint themselves with their body by reducing, if not eliminating, aches, pains and limitations in their daily lives. Brett runs his own practice, Colorado Springs Rolfing®, in Colorado Springs, and is an Assistant Instructor with the Rolf Institute® of Structural Integration and an Assistant Instructor with Advanced-Trainings, teaching body-workers Advanced Myofascial Release Techniques.
Brett is now scheduling patients at Hälsa Naturopathic Medicine. Call or email for more information.
